Jeddayel – Rihane – Hosrayel – Monsif – Chikhane – Gharzouz – Bekhaz

If your location is not listed, please contact us to check availability.

  1. Delivery Times

  • Operating Hours: 02:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 7 days a week.
  • Average Delivery Time: 30–60 minutes, depending on your location and order volume.
  • Express Delivery: Available for urgent orders (additional fee may apply).

  1. Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery for orders above $100.
  • A small delivery fee applies to orders below that amount: $3.
  • Additional charges may apply for late-night or long-distance deliveries.

  1. Order Cut-Off Times

  • Orders can be placed in advance or for immediate delivery during operating hours.
  • Last call for same-day delivery is 12:30 AM.

  1. Proof of Age Requirement

For delivery of age-restricted items (such as alcohol, cigarettes, or arguile):

  • You must be of legal age as per local regulations.
  • Proof of age (ID or license) may be requested upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery if legal requirements are not met.

  2. Confirm your address and contact details during checkout.
  3. Track your order (if tracking is available), or receive a call before arrival.
  4. Receive your items at your door with a smile.

  1. Missed Deliveries

If you’re not available at the time of delivery:

  • Our driver will attempt to contact you via phone.
  • If unreachable, the order will be returned and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • No refunds are issued for missed deliveries unless due to our error.
