Job Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide store staff in day-to-day activities, ensuring performance meets company standards.
- Oversee sales floor operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store cleanliness.
- Prepare daily sales reports and communicate key performance metrics to management.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Enforce store policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention measures.
- Assist in scheduling, shift planning, and staff performance evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills
